At Paper Napkin Marketing, we know that showcasing a ten minute preview of your event at regional and national conferences is the key when reaching students and securing bookings. Paper Napkin Marketing has memberships with associations and submits the required showcasing paperwork for the Talent. The conferences and costs for Talent are:

National Association for Campus Activities (NACA) Regional Conference – $100 **
National Association for Campus Activities (NACA) National Conference – $250 **

For represented Talent, we charge a $500 setup fee* which includes the design and printing of a postcard, a dedicated page on our website, contracts, and rider. In addition, Paper Napkin Marketing provides musicians on our roster with marketing services, if needed, at a discounted rate.

* Talent is required to provide Youtube channel link, a video of their performance, and high resolution images.

** The showcase submission is reviewed by a conference committee. If Talent is chosen to showcase, they are responsible for the showcase fee, conference delegate pass(es), and any and all travel-related expenses to/from the conference.
